California Court of Appeal
Capo for Better Representation v. Kelley, G037690
In case where petition circulators would fill in petition signers' addresses for them in a recall election involving multiple targets, denial of petition for writ of mandate requiring defendant-registrar of voters to count signatures whose signers' addresses had been filled in for them is affirmed as the applicable Election Code section requires each signer to personally affix the residence address.
