Conviction and sentence for second degree robbery and street terrorism are affirmed over claims that: 1) there was insufficient evidence to prove the street terrorism count or a gang enhancement; 2) a jury instruction as to the street terrorism count was inadequate; 3) the prosecutor should not have been allowed to ask the victim leading questions and inadmissible hearsay was improperly admitted; and 4) the errors were cumulative.
