In a dependency case in which a drug-addicted mother was arrested in California and extradited to Florida, termination of mother's parental rights and designation of the foster parents as the child's prospective adoptive family is affirmed over claim that, since mother received inadequate reunification services, the order terminating her parental rights should be reversed and her daughter should be placed with her sister in Florida.
