Hogar v. Cmty. Dev. Comm'n of the City of Escondido, D049452

In case where plaintiff successfully and substantially altered defendant's contributions to a state mandated fund for low cost housing, order awarding some attorney's fees is reversed where it failed to award attorney's fees to plaintiff that were incurred prior to filing suit, and failed to award plaintiff for all the work counsel performed in successfully prosecuting plaintiff's attorney's fee motion.
