California Court of Appeal
Eastern Mun. Water Dist. v. Super. Ct. (Tajik), E041660
In an eminent domain action in which defendant-district sought to acquire an easement across property owned by real parties to lay an underground pipeline, petition for writ of mandate challenging determination that the "valuation date" for the property should be changed from the date on which a deposit of "probable compensation" was made by the district to the date of trial is granted as the proper valuation date is the date of deposit.
