Judgment quieting title to two parking spaces in plaintiff owners association is affirmed over claims that: 1) the complaint was barred by the statute of limitations; 2) the court erred in finding the amended complaint contained no substantive changes; and 3) the court erred in believing defendants' sole lawful course was to deed the parking spots to plaintiff.
