Conviction based on no contest plea to possession of methadone, misdemeanor appropriation of lost property, and being under the influence of a controlled substance is affirmed over claim that police officer who detained defendant's vehicle lacked an objective basis for concluding that a tree-shaped air freshener was obstructing his view through the front windshield.
