In action brought by plaintiff-psychologist against attorneys seeking payment for his services as an expert in a worker's compensation case and a civil suit, judgment for plaintiff is reversed as, since plaintiff's work was compensable through the workers' compensation system, he had no right to payment in the civil suit.
