Klistoff v. Super. Ct. (City of South Gate), B195454

Petition for writ of mandate challenging overruling of demurrer to cause of action for conspiracy to violate Government Code section 1090 is granted where petitioners, who are not public officials or employees, cannot be held liable for conspiracy to violate section 1090 as only public officials or employees can violate that provision.
