Conviction and sentence for several stalking-related crimes and criminal contempt are vacated as to three counts where Penal Code sections 646.9(a), (b), (c)(1) and (c)(2), under which defendant was convicted, do not describe four separate offenses but describe alternate punishments for the single offense of stalking.
