People v. Tillotson, G035041

Conviction for crimes related to controlled substances, marijuana, computer access and fraud, and identity theft is reversed as to one count of computer access and fraud where the trial court gave an erroneous jury instruction omitting an element of the offense. Also, the trial court erred in imposing certain enhancements and running certain sentences consecutively. (Opinion following remand by Supreme Court)
