Conviction and sentence based on no contest plea to fraudulently making or uttering a check with agreement to make full restitution is affirmed over claims that: 1) the trial court erred by ordering defendant to pay for the preparation of the probation report and related costs; and 2) a $200 fine imposed pursuant to Penal Code section 1202.44 must be stricken.
