Titolo v. Cano, G037641

In suit against physician for breach of fiduciary duty, violation of privacy rights, intentional interference with prospective economic advantage, and negligence, denial of petition to compel arbitration is reversed as plaintiff's claims, which are based on the allegedly improper communication of plaintiff's medical records and information to her disability insurer, are covered by the arbitration agreement.
