In re Xavier G., D050977
Termination of mother's parental rights to her minor sons is affirmed over claims that: 1) the exception to termination of parental rights under Welfare and Institutions Code section 366.26(c)(1)(D) precludes termination of parental rights as there was insufficient evidence to support a finding that the maternal grandmother was willing to adopt the children; and 2) the court should have chosen guardianship rather than adoption as the permanent plan.
