California Court of Appeal

In re Christopher B., A117235

Sustaining of subsequent petition against ward based solely on an accomplice's uncorroborated testimony is affirmed as testimony need not be corroborated in juvenile court proceedings under In re Mitchell P. (1978) 22 Cal.3d 946. The rule of Mitchell P. warrants reevaluation.
