Bi-Rite Meat & Provisions Co. v. Redevelopment Agency of City of Hawaiian Gardens, B190481

In inverse condemnation action, order denying petition for writ of mandate seeking order directing defendant to pay relocation benefits is affirmed as the evidence shows that plaintiff untimely filed a claim for relocation benefits and that the agency's board did not err in finding no good cause to extend the statute of limitations.
