People v. Bonnetta, A115732

Orders striking additional punishment terms in a drug prosecution are reversed where 1) an 1872 Penal Code section requires such orders be memorialized in an order entered upon the minutes; and 2) the trial court, despite making a clear record of its reasons in the transcript, failed to make a written entry in a minute order.
