People v. Tena, B189667
Conviction and sentence for corporal injury the mother of defendant's child is affirmed over claims that: 1) the trial court improperly denied defendant's Faretta motions for self-representation; 2) the prosecutor engaged in misconduct; 3) the jury was wrongly instructed; and 4) there was sentencing error. Judgment is modified to reflect changes in defendant's presentence custody credits. (On remand from Supreme Court).
