People v. Robinson, C044703

Conviction and sentence for forcible oral copulation, penetration with a foreign object, and rape are affirmed where the DNA profile of the perpetrator of a sexual offense incorporated in an arrest warrant provides the particularity of identification of an offender required by Penal Code section 804, and the statute of limitations was satisfied.
