Conviction and sentence for first degree murder with special circumstances are affirmed over defendant's claims that: 1) the trial court erred in admitting a statement he made to police during an interview; and 2) the trial court erred prejudicially in not instructing the jury that he could not be found guilty of the arson of his own property.
