In action by plaintiff-county to quiet title to certain real property it received as a gift from defendant's parents in 1946, summary judgment for defendant-county is reversed where triable issues of material fact exist regarding the parties' interests, rights and obligations with respect to the property dedicated by the grantors for the exclusive use by the public as a county fair or exposition.
