City of Santa Cruz v. Patel, H030689

Orders directing defendants to comply with plaintiff city's subpoenas requiring the production of records necessary for a tax compliance audit are affirmed over claim that city ordinance imposing transient occupancy tax, a 10 percent tax upon stays of 30 days or less at hotels, motels, and like accommodations within plaintiff city is unconstitutional.
