Revocation of probation for public intoxication after conviction based on guilty plea to driving a vehicle with a blood alcohol level of greater than .08 percent and causing injury is affirmed, except as to the court's error in increasing fines, over claim that the court erred in allowing the victim to speak at both sentencing hearings.
