In probate case, orders admitting to probate a holographic will offered by the decedent's stepdaughter and appointing executor are affirmed over claims that the document is not a valid holographic will: 1) under Probate Code section 6111 as it is not signed by the decedent; and 2) as it does not completely dispose of the decedent's assets and it lacks language demonstrating testamentary intent.
