California Court of Appeal

People v. Foss, C050992

Conviction and sentence for child molestation crimes is affirmed as the trial court was not required to allow the defense to inquire into whether a witness who was involved in the reporting of the molestation had a morbid fear of sexual matters, in terms of whether the witness, an adult female, had influenced the child to falsely report that the defendant had molested the child.
