Hodgman v. WCAB, B194696

Respondent board's opinion, determining guardian ad litem and conservator was entitled to compensation by the worker's employer for care she gave the worker under Labor Code section 46001 only if she were not compensated for such care out of the conservatorship estate, is annulled as respondent had no basis for restricting compensation to nonduplicative care as the parties agreed in a compromise and release agreement.
