In suit alleging defendant made a false report to police of inappropriate touching by plaintiff, denial of defendant's motion to strike the complaint under Code of Civil Procedure section 425.16 is reversed where Penal Code section 11172(a), permitting recovery of damages for false reports of child abuse, does not apply since defendant's statements were absolutely privileged.
