A judgment pursuant to defendant's plea of no contest to one count of committing lewd and lascivious acts on a child under the age of 14 is reversed and remanded where, despite trial counsel's generalized stipulation that there was a factual basis for the plea, there was not an adequate factual basis for defendant's plea.
