In case arising from a public works construction contract, verdict awarding damanges to plaintiff contractor and finding that plaintiff did not violate the False Claims Act is affirmed over defendant's claim that the trial court abused its discretion in admitting evidence of plaintiff's lost profits due to impaired bonding capacity.
