In insurance coverage dispute arising out of a suit filed by passenger of the insured's shuttle service who alleged she was sexually assaulted by the insured's driver, summary judgment for defendant-insurer is affirmed where, as a matter of law, the victim's injuries did not result from the "use" of the shuttle.
