American Employers Group, Inc. v. Employment Dev. Dep't, B193338

In action arising from defendant's unity of enterprise determination against plaintiff, denial of petition for writ of mandate challenging defendant's notice of assessment against plaintiff for more than $27 million, and dismissal of action, are affirmed where there was no error.
