San Leandro Teachers Ass'n v. Governing Bd. of the San Leandro Unified Sch. Dist., A114679

Order granting peremptory writ of mandate prohibiting defendants from restricting the content of communications by plaintiff-union placed in defendant-district's mailboxes is reversed where the internal school mailbox system is a nonpublic forum and defendant's restrictions on its use are reasonable and viewpoint neutral.
