Gonzalez v. Autoliv ASP, Inc., B188829

In case involving claim for strict products liability arising out of injury to plaintiff's eye from allegedly defective airbag, summary judgment for defendant is reversed as defendant failed to provide any evidence negating the theory that the airbag it manufactured was defective under the risk-benefit theory of design defect.
