Central Coast Baptist Ass'n v. First Baptist Church of L.A., H029958

In case involving an action by plaintiff church association against a member church and another church over an alleged takeover, judgment for plaintiff ordering enforcement of a reversionary clause in the member church's constitution is affirmed where: 1) record supports the court's finding that the member church had "de facto dissolved"; 2) there was no no error in the language of the judgment ordering the transfer of the member church's assets to plaintiff; and 3) the judgment against the other church was supported by the record.
