Conviction and sentence for unlawful driving or taking of a vehicle without the owner's consent and of possession of a controlled substance is affirmed over claims that: 1) the trial court erred in instructing the jury in accordance with CALCRIM No. 376 on possession of recently stolen property as evidence of a crime; and 2) the evidence failed to support defendant's conviction of violating Vehicle Code section 10851(a).
