Cal. Horse Racing Bd. v. WCAB, C053595

Order upholding a decision by which real party in interest was awarded work-related disability benefits for a heart attack is vacated where the WCJ's award was based, in significant part, on a heart trouble presumption for which real party was not eligible and, thus, the error was clearly prejudicial.
