Conviction and sentence for carrying a concealed dirk or dagger, possession of cocaine, possession of heroin, and unauthorized possession of a hypodermic needle or syringe are affirmed except as to modifications where one of appellant's two possession terms must be stayed pursuant to Penal Code section 654, and the trial court erred when it increased appellant's restitution and parole revocation fines in violation of Penal Code section 1170.
