People v. Dixon, F050101

Conviction and sentence for second degree robbery is affirmed where the trial court did not improperly induce defendant's waiver of his right to a jury trial with a promised benefit, and the trial court did not err in excluding as unreliable a hearsay declaration by the codefendant purporting to exonerate defendant.
