Conviction and sentence for second degree robbery are affirmed, except as to limited remand for resentencing as to a prison term prior, over challenges to: 1) denial of defendant's motion to suppress the evidence; 2) denial of his motions for a pretrial physical lineup; 3) CALCRIM No. 376; 4) CALCRIM No. 318; 5) imposition of a sentence impermissibly harsher than his original sentence; and 6) imposition of a personal knife use enhancement.
