California Court of Appeal
People v. Medina, B189049
Convictions and sentences for first degree murder and attempted willful, deliberate, and premeditated murder, with firearm and gang findings, are reversed as to two of three defendants where the evidence is insufficient to establish that the act of shooting at the murder victim's vehicle was a natural and probable consequence of the fistfight that took place. Conviction and sentence of third defendant are affirmed.
