In case involving used car assistant who injured his back during the course of his employment, and whose condition was later declared permanent and stationary, decision determining that a 1997 schedule for rating the disability applied is annulled where the court should have applied the new permanent disability rating schedule that went into effect in 2005, rather than the 1997 schedule that was in effect when the employee was injured.
