In action for inverse condemnation and nuisance for damages to residential property allegedly caused by an inadequate drainage system, orders granting summary judgment for defendants state and county on inverse condemnation and sustaining of demurrer to nuisance claim, both based on statute of limitations grounds, are affirmed over a claim that the discovery rule and other exceptions to the statutes of limitation delayed accrual of their causes of action.
