Grant of a writ of habeas corpus in parole revocation proceedings is affirmed where: 1) the process due petitioner under applicable case law was a revocation hearing with due process protections within 35 days of the parole hold; 2) petitioner received neither a revocation hearing with due process protections within 35 days, nor a revocation hearing with due process protections within a reasonable time beyond the 35 days.
