California Court of Appeal
Hildebrand v. Dep't Motor Vehicles, D048540
Denial of petition for writ of mandate challenging administrative suspension by respondent of petitioner's driving privileges is affirmed over claims that: 1) there was insufficient admissible evidence introduced at the administrative hearing to establish he was driving at the relevant time; and 2) the evidence was insufficient to support the trial court's finding that he had refused to complete a chemical test after appropriate admonishment.
