California Court of Appeal
People v. Smith, B192378
Denial of request to allow defendant, a registered sex offender, to leave the county when required by his employer is reversed where the trial court's failure to consider defendant's particularized needs in approving the probation department's mass treatment approach does not serve either of the goals of probation, public safety or rehabilitation.
