In case where home was destroyed by fire and insurer paid insured on a pro rata basis according the value of their interests in the property, summary judgment for defendant-insurer is affirmed where multiple insureds cannot recover more than the value of the property destroyed on a fire insurance claim resulting from a single occurrence.
