In suit by plaintiff county employee alleging discrimination and retaliation, denial of defendants' special motion to strike the complaint under the anti-SLAPP statute is reversed where: 1) the retaliation claim against the supervisors arose from protected First Amendment activity; and 2) plaintiff could not prevail on the merits of her retaliation claim because the litigation privilege operated as an absolute bar to her claim.
