A judgment committing defendant to the custody of the state Department of Mental Health under the Sexually Violent Predator Act (SVPA) is affirmed where: 1) although the facts of three other SVPA cases and a psychologist's opinion in those cases were not relevant to show his bias or prejudice in the case at hand; nevertheless, 2) defendant's argument that the error in admitting the evidence was prejudicial is rejected.
