Conviction and sentence for felony murder and attempted second-degree robbery are affirmed over claims that: 1) defendant was denied the constitutional right of confrontation as a result of the admission into evidence of an accomplice-s out-ofcourt statements; and 2) the trial court abused its discretion in admitting expert testimony concerning gangs.
