In case involving agreements to develop subfranchises of ice cream parlour restaurants, jury verdict for plaintiffs is reduced as to award of lost profits and lost franchise fees as the evidence was insufficient to support the award of lost profits. Judgment for plaintiffs on intentional interference with prospective economic advantage claim is reversed. (Opinion on rehearing).
